Do I need a server to play?
No. You can host from your own PC for free. A rented server just keeps your world online 24/7 so friends can play when you're away.
Where does my world data live?
On the dedicated server, saved automatically every hour with backups. Cancel and you can still download your save.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — it's month to month through Stripe. Cancel whenever and your server runs until the end of the paid period.
Which platforms is the game on?
Bastion Blast is coming to Steam in Early Access for Windows and macOS. Everyone on your server needs the game.
Exactly what am I charged, and when?
$7.00 USD per server, per month. The first charge is at checkout and it renews on that same date each month until you cancel. No setup fee, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. All payments run through Stripe — we never see your card number. Full details in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If your server didn't work, you were charged by mistake, or you changed your mind within 14 days and barely used it, email support@ravendell.org and we'll refund you to your original payment method. Read the full policy.
How do I reach a human?
